I've gotten quite close to a girl at work, who has now left. We chatted a lot, confided in each other, got on really well and close. On nights out, she never speaks to me and never hugs me goodbye.
We had 2 arguments when I didn't congratulate her on her new job and also when I said I wouldn't attend her leaving drinks. Every time I tried to push her away, she wouldn't let me, as I felt we were getting too close to each other (she has a boyfriend). She just pulled me in closer. At the leaving drinks, her boyfriend kept giving me dirty looks and I ended up arguing with him after the drinks. She did defend me against him and had a big go at him.
When another girl came up to cuddle me and dance with me in the bar, she looked over all jealous and grabbed the bloke next to her, dancing with him, looking at me. When she left, she hugged everyone goodbye and would have avoided me, if I didn’t ask her why she wouldn’t hug me.
I tried to speak to her about her strange behaviour towardsme, but she wouldn't answer any of my questions and changed the subject. She said she doesn't want us to lose contact and that we our friendship is fine.
Her best mates have tried to speak to her about her strange behaviour towards me, but she says the subject is closed and won't speak about it. Her friend also suggested that I give her some space and wait for her to contact me first.

Last night my boyfriend & I were going out to party separately because I was with a girlfriend and he didn't want to be 3rd wheel, he said. So we went to a club with some of my guy friends and yes, there was dancing, cuz were were at a club!! I was grinding all over one of the guys when my boyfriend walked in trying to find me cuz I didn't hear his phone calls. Last week, we had a long talk about how I need more space (I told him this very honestly cuz I am tired of always having to answer to somebody--I just turned 21 and want to have fun). So him showing up when I was partying with my girlfriend was unexpected. He was furious but sort of forgives me. Am I a horrible girlfriend? I never meant to hurt or hide anything from him, I just thought I was allowed to go out and dance.

Hi. We are in Texas visiting my aunt and my cousin. This is my first time meeting my cousin's one-year old Salt and Pepper Schnauzer. Her name is Lola, and she's a great dog according to my cousin and her husband, as well as my aunt and uncle. She's playful, sweet, loving and loyal, and above all, friendly.
I have had a couple dogs in my life, and I can assure you that none of them have displayed any negative behavior to me directly. (Well, except for a German Shepard biting me when I was a toddler. Anyways.)
I looked at her, and she looked at me for about ten seconds. I stood up straight and made direct eye contact. After the ten seconds was over, she went completely beserk. She was barking, growling, and jumping all over the place.
My cousin was in the room, crying to get her in control. ("Lola! Lola! Calm down! NO!") After that, she has seen me, followed me, and then the same whole ordeal has happened. Last night she followed me into my bedroom and did a war-dance, barking and growling the whole time. It completely freaked me out.
As far as I know, she's fine with kids.
I'm the first red-haired person she's met.
She likes everyone else in the house.
Also, this morning, my cousin and her husband left and Lola let me pet her, talk to her, etc. She didn't bark or growl at all.
We're puzzled! Please help us. Thanks so much!

There's this guy (my age, 17, and a really good friend) whom I 'm basically in love with! Lately, he's been doing kind've "gay" things toward others, especially myself. He will often do things at swim practice like slap my a** in a joking manner when we're in our speedos (btw he's very fit and good-looking, and if he is gay, I'm probably a guy that he'd be really interested in as I'm very toned, tall, blonde hair/blue eyes, and very tan). He'll even do this in front of others as a joke.
I know there are some straight guys that slap guy friends on the a**, but: HE says things to me like, "I want (you) to f**k (me) you so hard" and, "I want your c**k in my mouth." It seems that he says these things in a joking manner, but sometimes I wonder if it's more than just a joke. He occasionally tries to show me his d**k (more often his ba**s). He also calls me gay at times, but it seems moreso in a friendly way. As of late, he's been very touchy during practice (including earlier today), grabbing onto my feet and pulling me back, and I'd often reciprocate it. He seems to be having a lot of fun, laughing and all.
When we went to the beach together a few weeks ago, we often playfully wrestled on the bed and slap/lightly punch each other jokingly when we kill each other in this video game. He would put his arm around me and even lean his head on my shoulder in the car sometimes. He sometimes tells me he loves me and just laughs. He gave me a short lap dance in just his speedo at this big swim meet a month ago.
I want to get with him soooo bad!!! What should I do???

I am 14 years old and I will be turning 15 in about 6 months.
I'm a Freshman (9th grader) in high school in Arizona.
I do cheer and I practice every morning (run, stretch, and do what the coach has planned). We stunt, cheer, chant, and dance. We are professional (KINDA).
I am 5 feet excactly, but I might be 5"1 since I haven't measured in a while. I am 92-93 pounds on an empty stomach and 94 pounds on a full stomach. I have 34A breasts and a "normal" butt. I've never had my period ever, but for about 6 months I've had this white stuff of my underwear.
Do you think I am underweight?
What can I do to gain weight under my circumstances?
What should I avoid doing in order not to lose weight?
I heard drinking lots of milk helps, does it work?
I try to eat regularly and sometimes I totally pig out. My mom says I eat like a horse, but that's cause we never have any "munchies" or snacks around. I eat all the main meals, sometimes I have to skip breakfast because I have to do so much in the morning and only have 1 hour to get ready. If I snack it's usually a hot pocket, lunch meat, a bowl of cereal, or a pop tart.
I really don't wanna be underweight because it's very unhealthy, not that I look anorexic (I DON"T SERIOUSLY), I just want to be a normal size. Not to thin, not too fat. My ethnicity seems like biggest disadvantage because I'm Chinese and Chinese people are small.

OK so theres this guy (my age 16).
He always invites me to his house (Ive gone over almost 4 times) but when I show up he never talks to me just says hi (My mom and his mom are good friends).
He doesnt really have good eye contact when talking to me, but does for other people.
My friends say they always catch him staring at me in Church (we are in the same class).
He is normally a talker but whenever I am around he acts wierd (like he just stares at things and doesnt talk).
At our church dances he bumps into me alot (on purpose) then says SORRY or says nothing just smiles and acts all wierd.
He always pronounces my name wrong ON PURPOSE.
Sometimes when I sit next to him in church he will talk a lot to the teacher and then when he looks at me his eyes get all huge then he looks away.
And TONIGHT he invited me to his birthday party which is a week away.
I just never understand this guy I have been trying to figure him out so long. He moved to a new house awhile ago and I can say I kind of liked him. I just saw him tonight at a football game for my new school. After the game he talked to my mom and when I came up he invited me to his birthday party.

After a couple hours we head out to run some errands and get dinner.. Well, we got back about an hour or so ago and his harness is attached to the chain all in once piece and still buckled.Not ONE chew/bite bark was on it and its in perfect shape still. Also, his bandana was laying next to it which was still tied in a knot. He has had the bandana on since we got him and every time that he used to take his collar off, it never came off.. but this time it was off an laying right next to his harness. WEIRD huh?
So we automatically drive to that guy's RV and right near it was the PROPERTY MANAGER,her son,and another older lady who I am guessing is her friend... ALL COMPLETELY plastarded drunk and just down right out of control. Dancing in the road/her son trying to hit on me/offering us to party and hang out to drink/stink of alcohol/etc. We ask if they have seen our dog and the friend lady says "he's been on my porch all night... but i haven't seem him for awhile now" then the manager lady asks us how many dogs we have and we say we have 3 and she says to my fiance.. "well when you registerd here, you only had 1" (4 dogs is the limit for this RV park.. some people in here have more than that by the way.. also this lady sees us getting the mail at the office everyday and actually likes us and jokes with us/makes small talk/we pay on time/talks to me all friendly when i do the laundry here/etc etc).. She then goes on to say,... "this new dog you got keeps escaping off the chain and roaming the RV park.. that isn't allowed".. that is BULL. Like i previously stated, he ALWAYS has stayed in our yard or in our screened in patio. In 2 weeks he has never left... not even out of our sight to where we have to call for him. The friend lady then says.. "Don't you all have a Rottweiler and Pit Bull too??" and yes we do. I am trying to think how would she know... our RV is on the opposite side of the RV park and we don't know her or talk to any of the neighbors except for the guy RIGHT behind us... Then my fiance is super mad and heads back to the truck and as he's walking the son is cussing at us and the friend lady says.. "this dog needs CONSTANT attention and if you can't give that to him... give him to someone who can".. Mind you I am home ALL day every day during the 5 day work week. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats and they all are well taken cared. The dogs DO come inside even tho this RV is tiny. We are in here TEMPORARY.. at the end of next month, we will be out of here. (already have our house.. just waiting on closing.)
So, we drive around and keep on calling him.. .
am in tears at this point and telling my fiance that I am gonna call the cops because I do believe either these ppl have him in their RV or the old man has him in his. We didn't see the old man tonight, my fiance didn't want to knock on his door and wake him up even though I wanted to because I think he is in on it and he's in his RV.
So we go home.. and after about 10 minutes the entire RV park's power shuts off. Pretty creepy!!!!. I freak out and go sit in the truck and while I am at it, I call for my dog. The power goes back on in about 10 minutes so I go back inside.. once again, it goes off in 5 minutes so I go back in the truck to get some light/listen to music and think... after 5 more minutes, it goes back on so I go to walk back in and my DOG comes running back and goes inside with me!!!!
He is inside now and safe/sound (all of our dogs are going to be inside until we move.)
SO, what do you think is going on? I am scared to be here now. These people are sick and crazy drunks.
Any advice/ideas?
PLZ no MEAN comments. I do know that dogs shouldn't be outside most of the day, but I love my dogs and dont want to get rid of them just because of temporary living acomodations. We just bought a house with a huge fenced in yard.. just waiting on closing/paper work.. and will be in it by the 22nd of next month.

I have had confidence issues in the past, but now I love my body and myself. I've seen Mike "The Situation" in a lot of interviews lately (since he got signed on for "Dancing with the Stars) and he is not at all like he is when he is on "Jersey Shore".

I will be a freshman this year in high school, and I wanted to take dance as one of my electives, just for fun. I chose comprehensive because we get to learn a variety of styles. Except now, when I think about it, school's starting soon and I'm getting anxious and overwhelmed.
I really have no dance experience at all. When I was about 3 or 4, I went to a local community centre for some beginner ballet classes. All I learned was how to properly skip and stuff like that! D:
I found out today at my high school orientation that a couple of intimidating girls will be in my class with me. By "intimidating" I mean as in, they do have a body that I don't have, and some do have a bit of dance experience themselves.. if that makes sense. ( About the body thing, I'm not trying to lower my self-esteem or anything) But they do have, most of them, a body of a dancer. I am a little bit smaller than others, far more skinnier, and I want to become more flexible. I am also overwhelmed due to the fact of learning choreography, and not looking like an idiot.
If I'm rambling on about nothing please tell me. This nervousness is hitting me now and I need someone to reassure me about everything. So far, this is the only course I'm a little bit worried about.
Does anyone think I will be okay??

I am 22 and I'm a Operations Manager at a NYC Public High School. Although I'm good at what I do (because I've worked extremely hard to get there) and I love the students, I'm not completely happy. Managing 30 adults and 267 teenagers is highly stressful. Stressful to the point that I have lost weight from my small appetite. But when I get home, I youtube So You Think You Can Dance & Dancing With the Stars performances, throw on a dress, and dance along with everyone. I learn choreography rather quickly. I confirm for myself everyday that dancing is my passion, but I've never taken any classes. Most dancers start at 4, but my family didn't have much money so that wasn't the case for me. I can finally afford to take lessons, but I'm afraid my dream of being a dancer is silly. Compared to most, 22 is a bit old to start a life on dance. And I want to do it all...Ballet, Ballroom, and Latin being the main focuses. Do you think 22 is too late? And how do I even begin the process? It's not like college. You can't just join a dance school. Most dance schools would like you to have atleast 3 years of training and you have to audition. Any advice for me?

i was in the gym today and there was a tv with a music channel on.. out of the hour i was there all the songs played had woman in only underwear, bikinis or really tight clothing dancing around. they were all skinny and perfect looking.. it makes me so mad that these kind of scenes are so commom in todays world and that the female body is being used in such ways. it makes it very hard to feel happy about your body when you see this kind of thing. and on top of that the photo shopping of advertisments of female models.. absolutely disgraceful i think personally.

I know I've also asked this q a lot but I like as much input/advice as possible. thanks! There's this guy (my age, 17, and a really good friend) whom I 'm basically in love with! Lately, he's been doing kind've "gay" things toward others, especially myself. He will often do things at swim practice like slap my a** in a joking manner when we're in our speedos (btw he's very fit and good-looking, and if he is gay, I'm probably a guy that he'd be really interested in as I'm very toned, tall, blonde hair/blue eyes, and very tan). He'll even do this in front of others as a joke.
I know there are some straight guys that slap guy friends on the a**, but: HE says things to me like, "I want (you) to f**k (me) you so hard" and, "I want your c**k in my mouth." It seems that he says these things in a joking manner, but sometimes I wonder if it's more than just a joke. He occasionally tries to show me his d**k (more often his ba**s). He also calls me gay at times, but it seems moreso in a friendly way. As of late, he's been very touchy during practice (including earlier today), grabbing onto my feet and pulling me back, and I'd often reciprocate it. He seems to be having a lot of fun, laughing and all.
When we went to the beach together a few weeks ago, we often playfully wrestled on the bed and slap/lightly punch each other jokingly when we kill each other in this video game. He would put his arm around me and even lean his head on my shoulder in the car sometimes. He sometimes tells me he loves me and just laughs. He gave me a short lap dance in just his speedo at this big swim meet a month ago.
I want to get with him soooo bad!!! What should I do???

i just found out my ex (my first ever real love, there were 2 boyfriends before him), went to a very important dance with his friend (who's a girl, and who he said is not good looking), and I feel so weird about it.
I was head over heels in love with him. But he didn't feel the same. Now I find out he's done this (and the dance is like a prom/coming of age thing) and I feel so weird and jealous.... Well maybe not jealous... But kinda sick.
I've only recently gotten back into a proper sleep pattern, and I know this will mess it up!
I'm in my 20's (so I'm not young and naiive), and I have had experience with men, but not to the extent of true love... I don't love him anymore (and it took a long time to realise this...), but I don't know how to explain how I feel... None of my friends told me about it... I found out from a mere acquaintance... I don't know whether that's a good thing - that my friends were just protecting my feelings...
But anyways... I feel crap.
I need to know how to get over this and not think about it...

I am a senior in college. 22 years old. I haven't drunk alcohol since I was 16 (yes I know).
Not really a reason to not drinking. I just don't do it. I don't spend money on alcohol just for a beverage.
I have never been too a bar, especially a college bar.
I was talked into coming (before they realized I don't drink) by 3 girls and 2 guys. After they found out I don't drink I became the driver =/
What should I do there? I have honestly never been to a college bar or night club, and honestly always felt awkward at high school parties and dances.

Last friday I went to a football game with my brother-in-law cousin (not blood related). we drank some beer at the game and all, anyway after the game her aunt was picking us up since we couldnt drive home i had my arm around her shoulder at that time. My brother in law cousin works at a bar so she asked me if i wanted to go chill with her there and drinks ome more (after all free drinks for me). As time passed I was talking to some old friends i saw there and my brother in law cousin name is mindy so mindy sat next to me at the bar saying i been looking everywhere for you matt (My name).
we sat next to each other she every now and then touched my arm when we were talking and i put my hand on ehr knee and she didnt move it, a few minutes later we danced all i remember is that she was grinding on me and i had my arms around her at the same time. As time passed i was wasted lol so mindy bought me back to my brother in law house since i was staying there for the night. we pulled up and i couldnt make it up the stairs so she helped me and helped me get my pants off ( not the sexual way) i laid down on the sofa and i asked her to come by me and she said she had to go back bc she got asked to work so i waved my arm for her to come by and she did and she said thank you for coming to the game with her and i gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
Last night I went out with her again to the bar and this time i drove as we were walking to my truck I put my arm around her shoulder then i moved it down to her waist and she didnt say or do anything. I slept by her place on the sofa and her in her room but before we went to bed she said the tv remote is here you can watch whatever and i said i cant bc your but is in my way and i gave it a light slap and i said laughing what that a jiggle? and she laughed (we were a lil tipsy). She is the type of girl who goes out to the bars almost everynight and sees her friends guys and girls and they kiss her on the cheek so i dont think she is the shy type. I dont want sex right now bc i like to take things slow but I really want to kiss her or her to just lay a kiss on me. Im shy so what would be the best way to get a kiss from her??? or does she even seem interested in me in anyway???? I would love a kiss from her why doesnt she kiss me if she is interested? bc she hasnt i think that she isnt interested in me liek that so idk what to think. beacuse i think that she is just being nice to me and is afraid to let me know and make me feel down. she doesnt get drunk easy so she was sober
